If you ever feel sad, remember that the feeling you are dealing with is temporal. You are going to feel better and become stronger than ever. Also remember to MOVE whenever you feel the depression kicking In, it really helps you calm down when you move your body or go for a walk when you feel stressed. One thing you should ALWAYS remember it's that words CAN NOT hurt you physically, only if you want to, so why do you let 'em get to you? They don't cut or touch, you can just hear them, but never see them, because they don't exist. Don't do anything you know you will regret after, always do what's best for you and what is going to make you a better person! And don't let fuckboys get to your heart!
